Now roasting with our new roaster!

Over the past year Andrea has been building a new coffee roaster to keep up with the increasing demand for freshly roasted coffee.  We finished the install and testing of the new machine and have switched all production to the new roaster. I think we might have the only handcrafted roaster in Vermont, with materials and services sourced from many local businesses in the Upper Valley.
