Description
This organic coffee was grown high in the mountains of Mexico’s southern state of Chiapas, near the border of Guatemala’s coffee-growing Huehuetenango region. This region produces a bright cup of coffee with a balanced body and medium acidity, medium-dark roasting allows the fruity balanced flavors to shine.
