Our darkest roast, Fireside is blended from three central American coffees, roasted just to the start of 2nd crack for a rich and full bodied cup. We’ve blended a hard bean-washed coffee from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, and the Nuevo Segovia region of Nicaragua. To round things out we also added our dark roasted Colombian coffee from the Tolima and Huila growing regions. Fireside blend hits all the marks for a dark coffee lover, rich and bold hints of sweetness, stands up to all the cream and sugar, goes great in milk-based espresso drinks or as cold brew!
