Brewing Basics:

Start with a ratio of 12oz of 200oF water per 20 grams of ground coffee. Brewing great coffee is easy but only you know what you like. Follow your taste buds and find a water to coffee ratio, grind and brewing technique that works best for you! To brew a stronger cup, grind the coffee finder, increase the amount of coffee, increase the extraction time or use less water. If it’s too strong, reverse course!
